The Tecade Ethical Channel is a confidential communication tool that we make available to our employees, customers, suppliers and interest groups to communicate, through a simple form, those activities and allegedly irregular behaviors that may involve a breach of the Code of Ethics of Tecade and / or the possible commission of a crime.

Communications may be anonymous, and contain any questions or queries regarding ethics and compliance. All of them will be received and analyzed in a diligent, rigorous and confidential manner and will be treated in accordance with the protocol established for this purpose, based on best practices, with the aim of responding and orderly treatment.

The Tecade Ethical Channel helps to ensure the fulfillment with the Code of Ethics, as it constitutes a way to communicate possible violations of the fundamental principles and values of Tecade, and with the Criminal Code after its last reform, being configured as a mechanism to detect possible criminal risks that may exist in the company.
